Use of the website. This website presents fix machine’s consultancy services. Access is free. By using it you accept these terms and agree not to use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property. Texts, design, logo and Fixionary content belong to Fix Machine S.L. or are used with permission. Photographs belong to their authors and are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without authorisation.
Content. The information on this website is for guidance only and does not replace a professional proposal. The terms of each project are agreed in writing with each client.
Liability. We work to keep the website running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Madrid, unless the law sets another venue.

What we collect. What you give us in the forms: contact (name, email, brand and message), newsletter (email) and applications (name, email, links, areas, CV and text).
Why. To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal; to send you the newsletter; and to assess your application for consulting projects.
Legal basis. Your consent when you send each form and, for the contact form, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it. Contact: for as long as the relationship lasts plus legal periods. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. CVs: 2 years, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we share it with. We never sell or hand over your data. Only the technical providers that host the website and forms (Cloudflare), our newsletter provider (Klaviyo) and our email provider have access, under contracts that protect your data.
Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to team@fix-machine.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
FAQ
What does fix machine do?
We are a 360° consultancy for fashion brands: sourcing, design, logistics, ecommerce, retail, warehouse, strategy and sustainability. We find where your brand is losing margin, fix it with you and leave the process running.
Do I need all eight areas?
No. We start with the one that is costing you the most and only add others if it makes sense.
How do we start?
With a first meeting to ask the uncomfortable questions. In the second one we give you the answer in numbers, and a proposal.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope of each project. You get a fixed price in the proposal, before we start.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes. We work with brands that want to grow without losing money along the way, whatever their size.
Do you work outside Spain?
We are based in Spain and work with brands from other countries, remotely and travelling when the project needs it.
